How does the implementation process of VeeRa work?
Many people have asked us whether developing and implementing the VeeRa budgetary application is difficult.
Numerous clients have had rather difficult experiences with implementing various business software and there are also those who have not had to implement any new solutions for years. We can absolutely guarantee that VeeRa implementation is easy! How? First off, VeeRa already constitutes a ready-developed working environment. Secondly, VeeRa is a modern cloud-based solution that can be used for working all over the world in any location with any suitable device. You do not need to download, save or install anything, or similar. Since the majority of our clients have already prepared the budgets of their institutions, we kindly ask that they be sent to us as an Excel file. Our job is then to enter the existing data in the VeeRa environment. Furthermore, we analyse the budgets submitted to us and, if required, we harmonise the existing classifications with VeeRa’s structure. We then convert the budgetary data into the VeeRa environment. We never provide the client with an empty environment where they have to start all over from zero! After entering the data, the client is able to access a familiar view with their own data.
Interfacing VeeRa with business software
The next stage of implementation is interfacing VeeRa with the existing business software in order to conveniently launch the monitoring of the budget, or the observation of the execution. How do we do this? First off, we bring the accounting and budgeting classification into conformity in order to avoid any later discord. Then the technical interfacing of the business software and the VeeRa environment takes place, which usually requires the assistance of our Client IT Department, but it is not a major job. The CFO or other VeeRa users will not experience a technical interfacing workload. Once the secure integration of data between the two systems has been created, the job is done. VeeRa is ready to use!
But that’s not all! A one-time implementation fee always includes training and practice for VeeRa users. We will come on-site to the client or conduct the training online based on the client’s wishes. Furthermore, we have convenient video guidelines and thorough explanations in the PDF format that come with the program. Our clients can call us 24/7!
What is the result of the implementation process?
As the result of the implementation process, the budgets of the client for different periods are visible and can be processed in the VeeRa cloud-based environment; it is possible to generate supplementary budgets and create the budget for the subsequent year. The execution of an accrual-based budget can be monitored as of the previous day. The users determined by the client can access exactly the budget (or sub-budget) they need and/or the aggregate budget: using VeeRa can be hierarchical if required. The data on executing the budget is displayed in an annual view cumulatively in comparison to the valid budget on the budget account level. Executing the expenses and the revenue budget is displayed in a single report view. All users are able to view the budgets, the related information and the execution of the budget in a single environment depending on their sphere of responsibility right down to the level of single entries. Persons responsible for budgets are able to see a detailed overview of the expenses incurred on the level of single entries and analytics in varying level of detail can be conducted for the required periods, expenses, suppliers, etc. The manager of each institution can only see the information related to their sphere of responsibility. The execution of the budget can be compared to any previous period that is already reflected in the VeeRa environment. The convenient feedback report allows for quickly tracking down any errors made in accounting, which reduces the time spent by accountants on tracking down errors. The managers of institutions are able to quickly gain an overview of the general execution of the budget and, if required, in a more detailed view at a sub-unit level or the level of the person responsible. The CFO no longer needs to separately issue the information in order to hold a board meeting; everything is just one click away. And it’s also important to note that the number of VeeRa users is not limited! 🙂
